These games do not access, collect, use, share, or retain any personal or sensitive user data. The developer of these games (Madsir Studio) does not access, collect, use, share, or retain any personal or sensitive user data.

Notice: The remainder of this privacy policy applies only to Google Play Store releases of Chinchilla Dance Party Release CDP0.4 (version 6) and older:

Please note: While there are currently no published versions of Chinchilla Dance Party on the Google Play Store that use Unity Ads, due to the possibility of users still possessing a deprecated version of Chinchilla Dance Party that does contain the Unity Ads package, this privacy policy will remain and still applies to those versions of Chinchilla Dance Party (CDP0.4 (version 6) and older).

APK packages of Chinchilla Dance Party CDP0.4 (version 6) or older that were downloaded from the Google Play Store contain the Unity Ads package. With Unity Ads, any collection of data/information is done through Unity marketing and advertising activities. Madsir Studio itself does not collect any information from you. APK packages of Chinchilla Dance Party CDP0.4 (version 6) or older that are downloaded from the Google Play Store include the ability for the user to opt out via a button on the mainscreens and a button upon viewing an ad. The policy linked below describes how Unity Ads collects, uses, and processes information about you.

By accessing and/or playing an APK package of Chinchilla Dance Party CDP0.4 (version 6) or older that you previously downloaded from the Google Play Store, you agree to the following:

(1) Madsir Studio is not responsible for the collecting/usage/sharing of anyone's data and cannot be held accountable for anything involving the collecting/usage/sharing of data.
