Notice: There are currently no published Madsir Studio games on the Google Play Store using Unity Ads. Due to the possibility of users still possessing a version of these games that does contain Unity Ads, this privacy policy will remain and still applies to those version of these games.

This Privacy Policy applies to any Madsir Studio games published to the Google Play Store (collectively described as “these games" throughout this document). Please note: this does not apply to any other Madsir Studio games, the Madsir Studio website, or any other Madsir Studio products or services.

These games use Unity Ads. Any collection of data/information is done through Unity marketing and advertising activities. Madsir Studio itself does not collect any information from you. These games include the ability for the user to opt out via a button on the mainscreens and a button upon viewing an ad. The policy linked below describes how Unity Ads collects, uses, and processes information about you.

By downloading, accessing and/or playing these games, you agree to the following:

(1) Madsir Studio is not responsible for the collecting/usage/sharing of anyone's data and cannot be held accountable for anything involving the collecting/usage/sharing of data.
